Graduate in Computer Science, or and higher degree holder in Computer Science or Graduate in a field other than Computer Science and 1 year experience; AND that at the time of membership application he/she is actively engaged in a professional capacity in the use and application of information technology and the techniques related thereto. The applicant should satisfy the Council that the experience referred to above is at a professional level. The period of experience should normally be post qualification.
